My passions for the holistic being, combined with a natural urge to research, and take a deeper look behind the obvious, are what support me in my work. In turn, I am able to support you in your process with true compassion and depth. I have always been fascinated by the complexity, wholeness, and interaction of emotions, mind, and body - how they flow together and influence each other. It is my biggest joy to accompany you on your journey towards your inner being, so that you can discover the hidden, forgotten parts and aspects within yourself. In my work as a certified Sa’Sen Yin practitioner, I live my talents with love and use them for your benefit in a very practical way. By doing so, all obstacles can be discovered and solved and together, we can enhance self-healing. All with a loving understanding of your personal responsibility. This will help you to discover what lies within, and live your life to your full potential.
Through my own experiences of challenging life situations and crises, I have developed a strong sense of compassion for people. My background is originally in fashion design, I worked as a stylist in Hamburg and around the world. This profession allowed me to meet a diverse range of people and to explore my own sense of beauty. Along the way, I became increasingly interested in the holistic nature of humans, which led me to study alternative medicine in 2013 and explore different healing techniques.
Since 2015, I have been working with Ria Panen Godesberg, the developer of the Sa’Sen Yin method, and with her expert guidance, I have been trained to support individuals in their healing journeys. Through my own work on myself, I have gained a deeper awareness of my own issues which allows me to maintain a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients. Compassion, gentleness, and empathy are all qualities which relief and express in my work, and I strive to create an atmosphere of loving clarity.
One of my talents which truly resonates with me is the power that flows through my hands, which serves as an amplifier of the self-healing that everyone carries within themselves. I see my role as standing in my own light and absolute presence, so that my clients can stand in their own light as well. I am delighted to accompany you on your path to self-discovery and healing.
